Submit Evidence
Send your order information, description, photos and videos through our Contact page.
7-Day Claim Period
Claims must be submitted within 7 days after the goods arrive at the destination port.
Shipping & Costs
Ocean freight, import duty and customs-clearance costs for returned goods are borne by the buyer.
1. Cancellation after production starts
Once production starts after buyer confirms all details, order cancellation by buyer is not allowed. The deposit will not be refunded, and buyer shall compensate all material & processing losses caused by cancellation.
2. Non-manufacturing reasons
Returns, rejection or refund requests will NOT be accepted for non-manufacturing reasons, including buyer’s design change, wrong site measurement, dissatisfaction with appearance, slow sales, customs issues or cargo damage during ocean transit.
3. Manufacturing defects and remedy
If defects arise from seller’s production error (wrong material, incorrect dimension, factory defect), seller will re-produce or send replacement parts free of charge. Seller is NOT responsible for ocean freight, import duty & clearance cost for returned goods.
4. How and when to submit a claim
Buyer must submit claim with photos & videos within 7 days after goods arrival at destination port. No claim will be accepted after the deadline. Claims should be submitted through the contact details provided on our Contact page and should include the order information and a description of the claimed defect.
5. Shipping risk
Under EXW/FOB/CIF terms, risk of loss or damage during sea transportation belongs to the buyer.
Refund timing, fees and return shipping
Because these products are custom-made, this policy does not provide a monetary refund after production begins. Accordingly, there is no refund-processing period and no restocking or return-handling fee charged by the seller. For a confirmed manufacturing defect, the seller’s remedy is free re-production or free replacement parts as stated above. The buyer is responsible for ocean freight, import duty and customs-clearance costs associated with returned goods.
