One-stop customized furniture solution from inquiry, design, production to global door-to-door delivery & after-sales support. Transparent process, strict quality control and professional international trade service for worldwide customers.
Inquiry & Requirement Confirmation
We reply within 12-24 hours via WhatsApp / Email. We will collect all custom information accurately:
- Installation wall size (length / height / depth)
- Beam, window, socket and ceiling situation
- Style preference: modern / minimalist / luxury, swing door / sliding door
- Color and finish (matte, wood grain, grey, white etc.)
- Internal function layout (hanging area, drawers, mirror, LED light)
- Destination country and delivery term (port delivery or door-to-door DDP)
You only need to provide wall photos and rough dimensions, our designer will complete the professional solution.
3D Design & Official Quotation (3-5 working days)
We accept a small initial deposit first:
- We provide CAD construction drawing + realistic 3D renderings according to your house situation.
- We adjust the design for free until you are satisfied.
- We issue a formal official quotation with detailed item list, production lead time, payment terms and warranty policy.
We support three international trade terms:
- EXW (Factory pickup)
- FOB (Port delivery)
- DDP Door-to-Door (Most popular for private customers). All customs clearance, tariff and delivery are handled by us, you only need to receive the goods at home.
Color Sample & Structure Confirmation
If you need color and texture verification, we can send physical color samples by international courier. Sample fee can be deducted from your bulk order payment.
Before mass production, we will confirm final drawings, structure and colors with you. No random modification after production arrangement.
PI Contract & Deposit Payment
After design confirmation, we issue the official PI (Proforma Invoice) as formal order contract.
Order payment terms for private custom orders:
- 40%-50% deposit to start production
- Balance payment before shipment after finished inspection
All terms are clear and fully protected.
Production & Full Quality Inspection (15-35 working days)
- Strict inspection for aluminum profile thickness, panel flatness, hardware and accessories.
- Semi-finished and finished production photos/videos will be sent during production.
- Full pre-assembly inspection in factory before packing, to ensure smooth installation overseas.
Final Pre-assembly & Quality Check
Every finished wardrobe is pre-assembled in our factory before packing. Our QC team will check every detail, including:
- Assembly fit and structural stability
- Door alignment and soft-closing function
- Surface finish and color consistency
- All accessories and hardware completeness
Only products passing all inspections will be allowed to pack and ship.
Export Packing & Door-to-Door Delivery
We adopt international export standard packaging: Full protective film, corner protection, thick carton box, independent hardware packaging with number labels.
We provide complete export documents: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, and relative certification (CO, CE report etc.) for customs clearance.
We arrange LCL sea shipping for small household orders, or full container for large whole-house orders.
Installation Guidance & After-sales Support
- For DDP orders: We complete all customs procedures and tax payment, deliver goods to your residential address.
- We provide English installation manual + numbered assembly drawings.
- Free online video one-on-one installation guidance during your assembly.
- Aluminum cabinet frame: 10 years warranty
- Hardware, hinge and LED light: 2 years warranty
If any damage occurs during transportation, we provide free replacement parts with fast express delivery after confirmation.
