Return & Refund Policy
All wall panels and wardrobes are custom-made according to the buyer’s confirmed drawings, color samples and dimensions. Please review the following return and refund conditions before placing an order.
Eligibility & Remedy
Returns or refunds are not accepted for non-manufacturing reasons. For a confirmed production error or factory defect, we will re-produce the affected goods or provide replacement parts free of charge.
7-Day Claim Period
Submit your order information, description, photos and videos within 7 days after the goods arrive at the destination port. Claims received after this period will not be accepted.
Refunds, Fees & Shipping
Custom-made orders are not eligible for a monetary refund after production begins, so no refund-processing period or restocking fee applies. The buyer bears ocean freight, import duty and customs-clearance costs for returned goods.
